Thank you to our supporters who helped raise over $3100 for the Meals on Wheels Program at SCS.  We sold 150 planters and 99 wreaths that will decorate doors and porches in support of nutritious meals deliverer directly to clients in our community.

For the holiday season we would love to see you decorate your door, and your porch with love!

In collaboration with CC Farms, we are offering beautiful handmade wreaths and planters as a fundraiser. All funds raised will go to our Meals on Wheels program that is growing every day.

A beautiful wreath for you, and the reassurance of a nutritious meal delivered to your neighbour.

With every dollar raised Seniors' Community Services can continue to offer hundreds of seniors in your community stay in place with independence and vitality.

Wreaths are $ 30.00 
Fresh hand made wreaths. Wreaths are made with a base of greens, spruce, white cedar, and pine and decorated with red sumac.
They will measure about 20” wide. The thickness is about 5".

Planters $ 35.00
Fresh made holiday planters made in (approx.) 2-gallon plastic pot. They fit well into black iron/plastic urns. They come with a variety of spruce, white cedar, white pine, and red pine (Scotch pine). They are decorated with sumac, and dog wood (tall red sticks) in the center.

Great news North Grenville!

Seniors' Community Services has officially been approved to be part of a new Ontario Health Team, alongside 60 other partners from across the region – working as one to improve healthcare in west and south Ottawa area.

On June 27th the Heritage Stables horse community came together after a year apart for an in-house show in support of Seniors’ Community Services.  The heat of the day was no match for the smiles that radiated from each rider as they trotted, cantered and jumped into the spirit of raising critical funds to support seniors, and adults with physical disabilities live well at home.

Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement

The KDHSI O/A SCS Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 

Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, requires that the  Local Health Integration (LHIN) and the Health Service Provider (HSP) enter into a service accountability agreement.  This agreement enables the LHIN to provide funding to the Health Service Provider for the provision of services.  It supports a collaborative relationship between the LHIN and the HSP to improve the health of Ontarians through better access to high-quality health services
