Due to the ongoing postal strike, you may experience delays in receiving your invoice. We appreciate your prompt payment upon receipt.

Seniors Community Services makes it easy to pay and is pleased to offer a variety of payment options:

  • Cheque – accepted in person or via our secure drop box
  • Cash – accepted in person or via our secure drop box

For your convenience:
Payments can be dropped off after hours using our secure drop box, located in the hallway accessible through the Maley Street entrance.

Ongoing Postal Strike

Due to the ongoing Canada Post mail strike, we anticipate some delays in mail delivery. To ensure your payments and donations are processed smoothly and on time, we kindly suggest the following options:

  1. E-Transfer Payments: You can conveniently pay your invoices via e-transfer to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please include the client’s name in the message for easy identification.
  2. In-Person Payments: Feel free to drop off cheques or cash at our office located at 215 Sanders Street. We are open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

If you haven't received your invoice or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to call us. We are here to help!

For those sending donations by mail, please note that they will be processed once the strike concludes, so some delays are expected. Rest assured; cheques postmarked by December 31 will be processed as 2024 gifts.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation, Seniors' Community Services is pleased to announce that Senior Driver Testing for seniors over the age of 80 can now be done at our centre.

Location: 
215 Sanders Street, Lower Activity Room.
Elevator Access is available at the Sanders Street entrance.
Parking is available at the 215 Sanders paved lot, behind the building and across at B & H Grocer.
