SCS will reopen September 1st with restrictions in place.
All clients attending programming will need to be pre-registered, visitors to our centre require an appointment in order for us to maintain client service levels and staff workflow.

On June 27th the Heritage Stables horse community came together after a year apart for an in-house show in support of Seniors’ Community Services. The heat of the day was no match for the smiles that radiated from each rider as they trotted, cantered and jumped into the spirit of raising critical funds to support seniors, and adults with physical disabilities live well at home.
The 2020 Annual Report for Seniors' Community Services is a fiscal recap of this past year and milestone of celebration of 40 years of service to our community. All of this was made possible through the generous support of our donors, partners, volunteers, and staff.
On Dec. 23, Steve Clark, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and MPP for Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes, announced on behalf of the Ontario government that Seniors’ Community Services (formerly Kemptville & District Home Support) will receive $77,700 to rebuild and recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
On December 21, 2020, the Province of Ontario announced a 28-day extension of the Covid-19 Emergency Orders. While many of the programs offered by the Seniors’ Community Services are considered an essential service, our centre remains closed to the public until January 23, 2021 - with the exception of our footcare program clients.
